Therapy Session Two

January 24th, 2020

I walk in the door to her office, my mind is at ease.

“Who are you?” She asked me. “Go ahead, have a seat.”

“I am a mother, an artist, a compassionate soul, and a good employee.”

“You’re exactly right.” She was sure to remind me..

“You’re so hard on your self, next session we will work on your trauma and fear.”

“You’re compassionate for all, all but yourself.” Suddenly my eyes fill with tears.

So accurate she was, I thought to myself. I silently nod and agree.

“Don’t worry, we’ll work on that too. So, your mind can be free.”

This is some of my story, I’m thankful I’m here to share it with you.

And, that’s all I got for Therapy Session Two.
